At The PT LAB, we offer personal training geared towards your fitness goals and bridging the gap between rehab and fitness. Working out following an injury is often scary to many because they are afraid of reinjuring themselves. Together, we can devise a fitness plan specific to your goals and modify it as needed based on injury. We also offer remote training plans if you prefer to work out in your environment.
